Responsibilities/Requirements
- Greets guest with professional and friendly manner
Provides information to any guest or visitors
Processes payments according to hotel requirements
Provides a professional image at all times through appearance
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information
Assists with check-in and check-out and provides service for all inhouse guests
Ensures close communication with all other hotel departments as needed to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction
