HR Generalist

Candidate’s Role

Mallouppas & Papacostas Group of Companies is seeking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Generalist for immediate employment at its Head Offices in Nicosia.

The main responsibilities of the role include performing tasks related to the Group’s HR procedures such as:

• Posting adverts, screening CVs and arranging interviews
• Interviewing and selection of candidates
• Prepare all recruitment documents and updating databases
• Ensure compliance to internal policies and Cyprus labour law
• Assisting in payroll procedures
• Organising and coordinating staff trainings
• Visiting the stores
• Supervising performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when needed

Candidate’s Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related subject
• Excellent command of Greek & English languages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law and best practices
• Experience in the retail sector will be considered as an advantage
