Sales Consultant

Michaels Automotive Ltd (Ford Cyprus) is currently seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ford vehicles and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Ford vehicles to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicle models, features, and pricing
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, Ford vehicle models, and competitive offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales (in the automotive industry) will be considered an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Business or Marketing (or a related field) will be considered an advantage.
• General computer literacy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required (verbal & written).

 Skills and Traits:

• Strong product knowledge, particularly in Ford vehicles.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the automotive industry

Working hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 08:00 am – 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Wednesday: 08:00 am – 1:00 pm
• Saturday: 09:00 am – 1:00 pm
