Parking Agent (062)
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Customer reception at the Parking Area and vehicle delivery.
- Management of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Performing the corporate check-out procedure on PC/mobile device for checking the vehicle’s optimal. conditions before putting the vehicle into use.
- Complete management of the procedure for checking the vehicle’s optimal conditions upon return.
- Sending the vehicle for washing or any maintenance, respecting the timing of the service.
Your Qualities:
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is appreciated (preference for experience in the car rental sector).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and stress management skills.
- Excellent knowledge and computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
