Andy Spyrou Group: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λεμεσός
A successful candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and consistent. He/She will be the first point of contact for visitors, will ensure the smooth operation of the management floor, and will manage appointments and calls for various departments.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Relevant customer service experience will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work individually and within a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
