1. Quantity Surveyors
We are currently looking to recruit Quantity Surveyors.
General Scope:
- Ensure accurate measurement of works according to contract conditions and directions of the Project Manager (PoM) and Commercial Manager (CmM).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure works in compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare monthly Interim Valuations and Final Accounts promptly.
- Manage project price variations effectively.
- Manage subcontractor activities:
- Prepare/provide advice for tender documents and evaluate submissions.
- Prepare Sub-contract Agreements, Interim Valuations, and Final Accounts.
- Prepare and agree on Final Accounts and entitlements per company directives.
- Administer contracts, manage contractual issues, and maintain record-keeping.
- Monitor cash flow and control project costs.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineer, member of ETEK.
- Excellent proficiency in Greek and English.
- Previous working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Required Skills:
- Customer-focused with effective interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong initiative and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- High-quality judgment, perception, and attention to detail.

2. Civil Engineers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and oversee construction and renovation activities on site, troubleshooting issues with subcontractors as needed.
- Conduct cost control activities, comparing fees with signed agreements and benchmarking market pricing for construction and renovations.
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies to meet project specifications.
- Perform regular site inspections, identifying and reporting deficiencies.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs associated with projects.
- Participate in asset legalization processes, including understanding complex title deed reviews and verifications.
- Mentor and oversee team members and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and compile status reports.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines, regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Deliver technical files and documentation as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering (Site-Based).
- Proficient in site layout, regulatory approvals, and project management.
- Licensed as a professional engineer.
- Excellent command of Greek and English languages (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office .
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to resolve design and development problems effectively.
- Experience liaising with subcontractors, co-workers, and stakeholders.
- Understanding of legal requirements and health and safety standards.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
