For our beautiful Store in Cyprus Stasikratous Street,Nicosia we are looking for motivated, enthusiastic Full TimeStore Manager with great interpersonal skills, willing to work in a dynamic and engaging fashion environment.

What we are looking for
As a Store Manager you will represent the Company towards customers.
In order to provide our customers with a top-notch omnichannel experience and to maximize sales, it will be your responsibility as a Store Manager to ensure the proper and effective operation of the store. You will also be responsible for training, inspiring, and leading the team towards the achievement of the assigned goals in terms of sales, quality of service, loyalty, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Detect, anticipate and provide regular feedbacks on customers’ needs, markets trends and competitors activities affecting the region/ market;
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs and complaints are answered in a timely manner with quality and customer service standards creating customer loyalty and portfolio;
- Ensure a smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments as well as monitor all kind of inventory activities such as cycle counts and stock movements including transfers between shops, transfers to/from warehouse, damaged items, devolution, etc.;

You Are The Perfect Match For Us If You
- Have at least three years of documented experience as a store manager, preferably in premium retail
- Have experience coaching and developing teams; are a natural leader, always highly motivated and leading by example
- Drive the team to achieve individual and store targets (KPIs); have planning and time management skills to drive daily operations
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Are adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks at once
- Fluent in English.
