Anemi Hotel & Suites: Ζητείται Reservation officer – Πάφος

We are looking for a professional Reservation Officer to join our team. A successful candidate will assist customers with the planning and booking aspect of their stay. Will answer customers’ questions, make suggestions and book rooms. Also, will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals
• Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
• Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
• Help customers with planning and booking hotel’s reservations and make reservations
• Provide Customer Service
• Sell Additional Services and Upgrades
• Give Directions and Advice
• Maintain Records

Skills:

• Web Content Writing
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• reservation/ front office software programmes preferably THEOVA

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
• Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
• Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and multitasking skills
