OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
M. Papadakis & Co, a firm of qualified public auditors and accountants regulated by ICPAC, the country’s supervisory body, with extensive experience in auditing, international tax planning and consulting for a large number of clients both local and international is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing and managing daily operations of the office
- Provide general administrative support to the office or department, including phone calls, email correspondence, maintaining calendars, organizing files and documents.
- Coordinate office supplies.
- Provide administrative support to staff.
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies
- 2+ years’ experience in the field
- Excellent command of English and Greek both verbal and written
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
