Our Company is seeking to employ a person at our head offices/factory in Limassol responsible for issuing invoices regarding all completed orders.
Responsibilities:
1. Issuing invoices through our software system and physical verification of orders loaded on the trucks for delivery.
2. Liaising with customers regarding orders’ status and delivery.
3. Daily scheduling of onsite measurements and onsite deliveries.
Skills required:
1. University/ College degree in a related field
2. Fluent speaking and writing in both English and Greek
3. Excellent skills in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft office
4. Previous work experience of 3-5years in a related field
5. Able to work in a fast-pace environment and under pressure.
6. Excellent organisational and time management skills
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
