Maintenance Technician

Job Role

We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform general maintenance for equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling and other systems relating to the properties that we maintain.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring all equipment and facilities are safe, well-maintained, and functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Performs other general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek and English language.
• Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and techniques such as painting, screwing, drilling, plastering, electricals, and plumbing.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work quickly and effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
