Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to join our team in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, general administration, client correspondence, updates to our company website and social media platforms, and promotional governance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
– Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and record-keeping
– Manage client correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication
– Update and maintain the company website and social media accounts
– Participate in promotional activities and manage promotional programs
Qualifications:
– Proven experience οf at least one year in a similar role
– Fluent in Greek and English language
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
– Basic knowledge of website management
– Basic knowledge in accounting and/or social media marketing will be considered an advantage
