Key Responsibilities:
- Ensurance of the effective implementation of the Company’s HR practices by the Store Managers and employees.
- Coordination of the recruitment process, including obtaining approval for the recruitment need, the posting of job adverts, collection and screening of applications, arrangement of interviews, hiring of new employees etc.
- Coordination, organization and overseeing of the onboarding and induction process of new employees as per the relevant checklist in collaboration with the Store Managers.
- Identification of training needs and coordination and planning of all training activities as per the relevant training curriculum and the relevant policies.
- Ensuring performance management.
- Handling of other HR administration tasks, including the maintenance and storing of employee files, preparation of employment confirmation letters, handling the exit process of employees etc.
- Collection and review of the monthly payroll information from the Store Managers and submission to the relevant person preparing the payroll.
- Provision of ad hoc support to Store Managers.
- Administration of employee leaves, including the record-keeping of the various types of employee leaves.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human/Resources or Business-related field
- 1to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Good analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word Microsoft, PowerPoint
- Fluency in writing and speaking in Greek and English
