Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers seeking clarifications on the APP.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist customers via telephone and other support channels
- Provide information to customers by explaining procedures and answer questions
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Native Greek speaker
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a team
- Punctual, hardworking, and reliable
- Service oriented professional, with attention to detail
The position is for full time employment, 5 times 8 hour shifts. a total of per week 40 hours total. The candidate will work in shifts that start at 07:00 and finish at 23:00 Mon-Sun. Night shifts are not required.
