The ideal candidate:

  • Fluent in both Greek and English at proficient business level

  • Strong telephone communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Computer literate and Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

  • Communication skills and Client Centric approach

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative position within the Real Estate Sector

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling communication correspondence

  • Record information in CRM system

  • Archiving of documents

  • Preparation of documents and reports

  • Property uploading

  • Support to the sales team, Office Manager and Administrator

Office Hours: Monday -Friday 08:30 / 14:30-18:00, Saturday: 8:30-13:00
