Key Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, and packages.)
• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining an organized and functional workspace.
• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they are greeted warmly and directed appropriately.
• Provide secretarial support to senior management.
• Perform general administrative tasks
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Reports to Senior Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
• Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience within a similar administrative role is essential.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.
