The University of Limassol invites application for the position of Administrator.

About the University of Limassol:

The University of Limassol (UoL) originated as the Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM), a well-respected business school in Cyprus since 1990. As we continue to grow, we seek a high calibre individual to join our dynamic team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  3. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  5. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning or emailing.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree
  2. Excellent organizational skills
  3. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  4. Fluent English and Greek.
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  6. Strong attention to detail.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 14.00 – 22.30 and Saturdays 8.30-17.30
