1.  Rental Agent

Avis Budget Rent A Car is currently looking to recruit a Rental Agent to join our team in Paphos airport desk. The Rental Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with renting cars, managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage rental reservations and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Assist customers with rental car selection.
  • Explain rental policies, terms and conditions to customers.
  • Process rental agreements and collect payments.
  • Provide directions and answer customer’s questions.
  • Upsell additional products and services as appropriate.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized rental desk area.

Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language, other languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible days and hours.

2.  Parking Agent

Avis Budget Rent A Car is currently looking to recruit a Parking Agent to join our team in Paphos airport. The Parking Agent will be responsible for managing rental car deliveries, collections and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers at the parking area.
  • Delivery and collection of rental cars.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals.
  • Provide customers with a clear understanding of the basic functions and equipment of rental cars and offer solutions to any concerns they may have.
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee parking operations and ensure parking lot is organized and clean

Requirements

  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Valid driver’s license for manual and automatic cars
  • Good driving record
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work flexible days and hours.
