Cyprus Consumer Center ADR is seeking to employee a person for the position of Administrator:
ABOUT US
Cyprus Center for ADR is the leading Alternative Dispute Resolution entity in Cyprus with over 400 members. We are striving to change the culture in resolving disputes. We are the Center of choice for many of the leading traders in Cyprus for resolving their disputes. We also act as a training center for professionals and companies in the fields of Mediation and Arbitration, Banking, Consumer Protection and other areas.
WHAT WE’ RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- High proficiency in the English Language.
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications.
- Good skills in database management.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Team player with very good organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in administration 1-2 years (not mandatory).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- General Secretarial Duties including the drafting, scanning, copying, typing of all types of letters, preparation of cover letters, correspondence handling and mail/email forwarding, call answering.
- Assist Managing Director with various tasks
- Translation of documents and articles.
- Administration of cases submitted to the Center.
- Assisting associates
- Coordination with other departments of our business (Administration, Legal, Invoicing Department)
- Organize and implement events and social activities
- Ongoing monitoring of payments.
