Job Description

The HR Representative’s role is to provide administrative support to the HR Department and assist with the day to day operations as well as with the payroll processing.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assists the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees;
  • Employee Records Management, maintain and update employee records and HR database with accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Helps monitor the performance appraisal process;
  • Participates in recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt personnel;
  • Assist in conducting new-employee orientations;
  • Assists in the exit interview process;
  • Coordinate and track training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits and other HR related matters in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist with or prepare correspondence;
  • Helps maintain company organization charts and the employee directory;
  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars;
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage;
  • People oriented, and results driven;
  • Organization and planning;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • Multilingual ability. Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written forms of English is required;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of products;
  • Excellent computer skills, analytical ability, numerical skills;
  • Self-motivated. Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Integrity, Creativity and Confidentiality;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

Location

The Employee’s normal place of work will be at the office in Ayia Napa.
