Job description

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an attention to detail and be comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data.

The responsibilities of the role would include:

Responsibilities

• Carrying out regular accounting reconciliations.

• Processing timesheets and issuing customer invoices.

• Facilitating the payment of invoices and processing supplier invoices.

• Track expenses, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the company.

• Provide regular financial reports (weekly/monthly)

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable

• Ensure timely processing of payroll.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software, with knowledge of Powersoft365 or similar accounting packages would be an advantage.

• Additionally, familiarity with Pipedrive CRM would be beneficial. Your expertise with Pipedrive would be highly beneficial to our team and would enable you to quickly integrate into our processes and systems.

• The ideal candidate should possess strong numeracy skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Excel.

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written is essential.

• Has the ability to work independently, has a positive work ethic, and is punctual.

• Possession of their own car is required.
