System Administrator

eCREDO is a growing and evolving European Company which offers alternative digital financial services. Based in Limassol, Cyprus we
serve a European audience who need credible, safe and on the go connectivity with their money. We are now opening a new position and
are looking to recruit a System Administrator to join our team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the company’s systems, servers, and other cloud
  components.
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes on premises and
  on the cloud (AWS, Azure, MS365, Hyper-V)
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and
  assessing impact of issues.
• Perform or schedule regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and
  failover procedures.
• Lead desktop support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a
  timely manner with limited disruptions.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and systems performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, Computer Architecture or a closely related
  field, or equivalent experience required
• Preferably 2 years of network administration, or system administration experience
• Proficiency in networking protocols
• Knowledge of implementing IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster
  recovery protocols
• A strong willingness to learn and grow.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong demonstrable experience in the management and reliable operation of AWS systems required. AWS and Azure certification will
  be considered an advantage
• System administration certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields
• The remuneration will be based on past experience and qualifications. 13th salary and other benefits provided
