MSC SHIPMANAGEMENT LTD: Ζητείται HR & Admin Officer – Λεμεσός

Responsibilities:

  • Provides daily back up to all HR Functions
  • Assisting on preparing required documentation for Labour Department approvals
  • Assisting on preparing required documentation for new expatriate employee entry permits
  • Assisting on the preparation of all required documents for issue / renew working permit for expatriates
  • Assisting on preparation of all required documents for VISA issuance
  • Assisting on every administrative issue of the HR department
  • Assisting on processing documents and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities(like absence, annual leaves, etc)

Skills and Experience:

  • Bsc in Human Resource Management or relevant field
  • Familiarity with HRIS
  • Basic Knowledge of Labour Legislation
  • Experience using spreadsheets
  • Solid Organizational and communicational skills
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferable two (2) years’ experience on a similar position
