We are currently looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to fill in the position of SHIFT MANAGER.
The shift manager creates a comfortable atmosphere for the team to work on the shift. They know how to make quick decisions, bring people together and take responsibility in difficult working moments.

- Have similar work experience;
- Polite and flexible in communication;
- Willing to constantly learn and educate yourself;
- Cope well with multitasking;
- Communicate easily with people;
- Value teamwork and are willing to help others;
- Know English and Greek languages.

What our shift managers do:
- Organize shift work;
- Monitor compliance with standards;
- Work together with the team;
- Help the restaurant manager.
Our shift managers are first trained as a cashier and a pizza maker to learn all the standards from the inside. Then, they study shift & team management.
