What You’ll Do
- Handle e-mails and correspondence.
- Manage stores supplies and inventory.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bsc in Bussiness Administration is a plus!
- 1+ years of work experience in Administration or Operations is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
