About the Role
Premier Property Management is looking for a skilled and dependable pool cleaner to join our team in Protaras. We are a leading short
term villa rental company, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring our owners’ pools are clean and well-maintained.

Shift Hours
32 hours per week (4 days per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s swimming pool contracts.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning for all contracted pools, with twice-weekly visits during summer (May – October) and weekly visits in winter (November – April). Promptly address any guest complaints regarding pool cleanliness.
• Report any required repairs or additional services to Management.
• Assist with general maintenance and customer service tasks as time allows.
• Adhere to safety guidelines as per equipment instructions and Management directives.
• Utilize company tools, tablets, and software to complete tasks and process invoices.
• Carry out any additional duties as requested by the Company administration

Requirements

• Previous experience as a pool technician with knowledge of pool maintenance, chemicals, and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Certification as a Certified Pool Operator or a related qualification is advantageous.
