Accountant Executive in an Accountancy Practice

Position Overview:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Accountant, as part of the Accounting team. This position involves not only handling
your own portfolio of clients but also supervising and reviewing the work of junior accountants for accounting, VAT, and payroll needs of
our diverse clientele of local and international companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, VAT, and payroll processes for a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Supervise, review, and provide guidance to a team of accountants and staff.
• Ensure proper set-up of new Clients
• Liaise with clients, auditors and management to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support the ongoing development of junior staff through training and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• LCCI Accounting Higher and/or AAT
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on VAT and payroll.
• Experience working with local and international companies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in spoken and written Greek and English is essential
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
