Sales and Customer Service Representative

J.L. Motorace Ltd has been a pioneer in the powersport industry since its inception in 2000. With a focus on quality, innovation, and

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in Nicosia as a Sales and Customer Service
Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in both retail and wholesale sectors.
• Process orders promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and the dealer network.
• Achieve goals established in agreement with the company’s management.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
• Actively participate in company events, contributing to our employer branding efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:

• University degree in any field.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly and efficiently address customer issues.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve to stay updated with product knowledge and customer service techniques.
