Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and deadlines.
- Liaise with customers and take care of issues.
- Answer calls and take messages
- Arrange appointments & meetings
- Greet and welcome guests
- To follow administrative procedures as communicated by the Management.
- Maintain an organised and efficient office environment.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (verbal & written).
- Very good knowledge of Ms Office (Word / Excel / Power Point).
- Previous experience in a similar position of at least 2 years.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Reliable person
- Motivated / committed & disciplined
Office working hours are 08:30 – 13:00 & 14:30 – 18:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 08:30 – 13:00.
