Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking to recruit a confident, dynamic and committed Interior Designer to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Understanding the needs of the client and participate in discussions to prepare technical documentation according to the client’s
requirements.
Preparing sketches and mood boards for the client and vendor.
Conduct meetings with the team and client, to discuss plans and updates.
This is an all-rounder role including design, technical drawing capabilities and transfer of information, to and from, the construction
site.
On-Site survey of the projects and update of technical drawings accordingly.
Comfortable working across all stages of a project from concept to completion including going on site.
Requirements
University degree in Interior Design or Architecture
3-5 years of professional experience in design and construction in residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD;
Confidence using Sketchup (or any other 3d software), Adobe Suite and MS Office
Be able to travel domestically when needed (site visits, installations, etc.)
Meticulous eye for detail, resilience and efficient adherence to deadlines.
You are self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills and able to take responsibility.
