Support Engineer

Logosnet, a leading ISP/integrator of IT solutions in Cyprus, is seeking ambitious engineering staff to assist with key clients support.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible/trained on:

• The successful candidates will be focused on clients IT support.

• Network and infrastructure monitoring such as network security monitoring, network device management, and network troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Position Requirements

• Experience in Microsoft client OS technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek.
• Strong interpersonal and communicational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license a requirement.
• Immediate hiring.
