G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Express Courier is the authorized service contractor of UPS in Cyprus.
We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and dynamic individual for the position of:
Accounting & Operations Officer.
What you will do as an Accounting & Operations Officer:
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Invoicing
- Recording of receipts and payments
- Preparation of Debtors/Creditors reconciliation
- Review/correction and posting of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and other ledger accounts / Bank Deposits
- Collaborate with the operations team
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
We are looking for:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- LCCI Higher or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written
- High attention to detail
- Excellent team player
- Work under pressure
