Olias Homes Ltd is seeking to hire an Office Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Managing phone calls and emails
- Welcoming visitors and partners
- Maintaining and updating records and documents
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Managing office supplies
- Supporting administrative functions and team tasks
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher education
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks
- Salary based on qualifications.
