Splash Boutiques are looking to recruit a part-time Inventory Administrator to join our team:
Responsibilities
- Accurately create and manage all order items within the Company system ensuring timely and precise date entry.
- Compare invoices to orders to verify accuracy, ensuring that all billed items match orders and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse and other departments.
- Monitor incoming orders to ensure they arrive on time. Address any delays to the management.
Requirements and skills
- Strong attention to detail is a must!
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry
- Prior experience in retail is an advantage
