Civil Engineer (Tendering & Planning Department)

Position: Civil Engineer (Tendering & Planning Department)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other relevant documentation to prepare cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the estimating, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with tender requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and prepare detailed cost breakdowns.
• Support in the development of project schedules and timelines.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tenders for construction projects.
• Assist in the continuous monitoring of project progress and budget forecasting.
• Assist in planning and managing construction projects.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on-site and in-office.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in construction, tendering, or planning (fresh graduates welcome).
• Knowledge of tendering processes and construction contracts.
• Familiarity with planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
