P.J. PIZZA CYPRUS LTD: Customer Service Manager – Λευκωσία

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Supervises the daily operations of the customer service department

– Develops objectives for the call center’s day to day activities

– Prepares work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage

– Recruits, trains and develops customer service agents

– Develops service procedures, policies and standards

– Answers customers’ questions, resolves problems, and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources

– Oversees customer service procedures and trends and determines system improvements

– Enforces company policies and procedures

– Improves customer service quality results

– Collects and analyzes customer service department metrics

Qualifications:

  • Previous managerial experience in customer service or similar position

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent management, problem-solving and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations

  • Ability to multi-tusk and stay organized
