Compass Developers: Ζητείται Assistant to the Project Manager – Λεμεσός
Assignments:
- Construction site meetings.
- Monitor project schedules.
- Project Manager support for organization and coordination of construction site.
- Contact with contractors, subcontractors and consultants to coordinate various jobs.
- Construction site correspondence.
- Preparation of designs, documents and bid process.
- Organization – Filing of client designs & envelopes.
- Processing applications for public services (AEC, SALA, WATER SUPPLY, MUNICIPALITIES).
- Analysis, reports.
- Measurements and on-site quantity controls, measurements for final accounts.
- Ordering materials.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Counter.
- Member of ETEC.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
- Excellent knowledge of electronic computers (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work under pressure due to work schedules.
- Communication skills.
