2Plus Audit Ltd: Ζητείται Corporate Administrator – Λεμεσός
We are looking for a responsible Corporate Administrator to provide basic secretarial and administration services to our business. This position would be ideal for an individual who already has a background experience in both the secretarial field and has a basic knowledge of the corporate field.
Duties / Services Required:

General Secretarial Duties including the drafting, scanning, coping, typing of all types of letters, preparation of cover letters, correspondence handling and mail/email forwarding, call answering.

The additional duties of this position further require the E-Filing and hardcopies of corporate Certificates and overall administration of the Corporate Files and affiliated documents (agreements, POA, Resolutions etc), maintain records as it relates to templates, working files and executed agreements on a daily basis;

Responsible for the preparation of documents and agreements for Certification/Apostille purposes;

Coordination with other departments of our business (Administration, Legal, Invoicing Department)
Skills & Qualifications:

Knowledge of eBoss
-
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies

Proven experience as a company secretary or in a similar position with only some legal and corporate governance experience shall be considered an advantage

Knowledge of the English and Greek Language

Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to execute tasks under pressure – secretarial competence

Excellent computer skills
