Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other required reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Conduct monthly and annual financial close processes.
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Reconcile bank accounts and financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepare and file VAT returns, tax documents, and other regulatory submissions.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in external and internal audits.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within the food and hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Experience with accounting software (knowledge of Galaxi POS would be an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
