About Us:
Wilton Factory, a leading name in high-quality patisserie products in Cyprus, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This role supports our kitchen operations, ensuring the efficient preparation and processing of chicken products used in our baked goods and catering services. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of kitchen products according to company standards and recipes.

• Ensure all kitchen products are handled with care and comply with food safety regulations.

• Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist in inventory management, tracking supplies, and reporting shortages.

• Work closely with the kitchen staff to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

• Follow hygiene and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Help with packaging and storage of kitchen products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen assistance is preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
