We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at Stratigou Timagia Coffee Island overseeing premium F&B services.

As our Store Manager, you will:

• Lead and manage store operations, ensuring a high-quality coffee experience for every customer.
• Supervise and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
• Ensure adherence to store operating policies and standards, including product quality, cash handling, and store safety.
• Engage with customers, exceed their expectations, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Take ownership of store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage daily tasks efficiently, even during peak periods, while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in store operations and customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience in store management at an F&B company
• Can lead by example, inspiring their team to deliver outstanding service and quality.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Is fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, remaining proactive even during quieter times.
• Is customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Brings passion for specialty coffee and a desire to stay on top of industry trends.
