THESIS furniture showroom is looking for an energetic and organized Administrative assistant / office administrator for our offices and showroom in Limassol

salary negotiable

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual (Male/Female) for a dynamic role in our offices and showroom in Limassol. This is a hybrid position, blending both office and showroom duties

About THESIS

THESIS is an unrivalled furniture store and interior design studio with showrooms in Nicosia and Limassol. Our flagship showroom is in a beautifully restored 19th-century merchants’ house in the heart of historic Limassol, it shows a unique collection of furniture, fabrics, and artifacts sourced from around the globe.

The main goal of this position is to ensure the efficient operation and support of the showrooms.

Responsibilities

This role requires good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • various admin and operational tasks, processing orders, keeping timesheets, handling phone calls.
  • Collaborate and coordinate orders with providers and contractors.
  • order and manage inbound shipments from suppliers and outbound orders to clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Greet and assist clients ensuring a professional environment and exemplary customer service
  • Support and coordinate the sales and delivery team and assist them with various tasks as required.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and inventory management.

Skills & Requirements

  •  Fluency in English and Greek.
  • University degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • basic bookkeeping skills.
  • A good eye for interior design would be considered a great advantage.
  • knowledge of advertising on social media
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar role (at least 2 years).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Sense of humour and stress resistance.
  • Must be professional, pleasant and hard-working.
  • Only Cypriot or EU citizens with yellow slip can apply.
