Georgiades & Pelides LLC: Ζητείται Corporate Administrator – Λευκωσία
Georgiades & Pelides LLC and our subsidiary Themis Professional Services Limited, a Nicosia based fiduciary and corporate services provider are looking for a high calibre corporate administrator to join our team.
The Role
The person to be appointed will report to the managing director of Themis Professional Services Limited.
The key duties include:-
(a) Administration of international and local clients’ portfolio;
(b) Handling day to day operations of client companies in Cyprus and abroad;
(c) Being the direct point of contact with the client;
(d) Liaising with governmental authorities, registered agents and the registrar of companies;
(e) Maintaining up-to-date company records;
(f) Drafting board and shareholders’ resolutions, minutes of meetings and powers of attorney;
(g) Arranging calling of meetings of the board and shareholders and execution of documentation; and
(h) Updating company registers.
The Requirements
Applicants must have the ability to meet strict deadlines, be self-motivated, with proactive approach and able to work as part of a team.
The required qualifications are:-
(i) A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
(ii) Fluent in Greek and English languages;
(iii) Excellent communication skills;
(iv) Good computers skills, knowledge of the Quorum software will be considered an advantage;
