Startribe Ltd: Ζητείται Handyman – Λεμεσός

On behalf of a leading property management firm in Limassol, Cyprus, we are looking for a Handyman, to join the rapidly growing team of professionals, that services and monitors commercial and residential houses throughout Cyprus. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and very skilled in fixing all kind of minor things, and enjoys the versatility of such a role.

Responsibilities
– Provide support and assistance in a wide range of areas related to the managed properties, be it simple plumbing/ electrical issues, small painting projects, minor fixes, furniture assembly, etc.

– Recognize when a repair is outside of your skills set and make a recommendation to the supervisor

– Establish and maintain good relationships with property management and tenants

Qualifications
– Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical installations
– Ability to use common power and hand tools
– Proven experience in a similar role in the past – Strong communication and time management skills
– Fluent Greek, very good English, Russian would be considered an advantage

Important
– Be passionate about fixing all kind of things
– Openness to work outside of normal working hours upon an emergency situations
– Holder of a driver’s license and vehicle
