Project Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team in Larnaca. The ideal candidate will support project managers in coordinating design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the planning and initiation of project schedules and procedures.
· Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects.
· Ensure project activities comply with project plans and company policies.
· Communicate with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties to keep them informed of progress and any changes.
· Coordinate with site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to plan.
· Prepare, review, and update project documentation, including contracts and technical reports.
· Identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks to the successful completion of the project.
· Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Assist in the close-out of completed projects, including finalizing paperwork, passing on warranty information, and facilitating project reviews.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (or hands-on experience) in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
· Fluent English.
· Greek, Ukrainian or Russian proficiency is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
· Work permit (Cyprus) and residence in (or ability to commute to) Larnaca.
Salary and Benefits:
• Salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month.
