Diamond Fiduciary Ltd, a leading Administrative Service Provider (ASP), is seeking a motivated and professional Office Receptionist-Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced office environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming reception area.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Oversee office supplies and maintain filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to the office team.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and internet use.
- Professional demeanor with a pleasant personality.
- Eligible for employment under the Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) subsidized scheme.
