- Handle incoming calls and respond professionally to inquiries.
- Organize, file, and manage company documentation.
- Maintain records for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in Greek and English.
