The Tribe: Russian speaking Project Manager – Limassol

On behalf of a rapidly growing construction firm, we are looking for a Russian speaking Project Manager. Our client specializes in residential (multi-apartment buildings and villas) and commercial (office spaces) projects in Limassol and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external consultants and internal teams during project evaluation, preparing technical presentations and financial calculations.
• Oversee the purchase and sale of land plots, projects, and existing properties.
• Select and recruit project teams, conduct tenders for participants, and manage consultant contract agreements.
• Supervise and control all stages of project development, including analyzing consultant proposals.
• Plan and monitor project financing at all stages.
• Manage the preparation and submission of all project-related permits, ensuring compliance and coordinating with governmental authorities.
• Oversee all stages of construction
• Optimize construction processes, reducing financial and time costs
• Monitor quality, construction volumes, and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate general contractor teams and project consultants during supervision stages
• Mitigate risks and ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct supplier tenders, plan material and equipment requirements, and manage delivery schedules
• Prepare internal and external project reports
• Implement and utilize software tools to monitor project progress and quality
• Manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
• Conduct technical due diligence (TDD), evaluate project investments, calculate budgets, and create implementation schedules
• Identify and onboard new contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Coordinate activities between company divisions and manage interactions with investors
• Oversee the handover process of completed projects to operational teams
• Engage with governmental authorities, local residents, regulatory, and supervisory bodies during project implementation

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a Project Manager role with a developer or general contractor
• Degree in construction or related field
• Fluent English and Russian
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoDesk programs, MS Office
• Proven track record of completed projects
