Position:
Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full time Customer Support Officer for Compliance solutions to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out administrative and sales functions requiring confidentiality, integrity and initiative, as well as coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:30, Friday 08:30-14:30
Requirements/Qualifications:
- BSc/BA degree in Business or related field
- Excellent Command of Written and Spoken Greek and English Language
- Good Knowledge of Computer Skills (Microsoft/ Internet etc.)
- Previous Working Experience in similar position (will be considered an advantage)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests and answer questions about products or the company.
- Performs excellent Customer Relation Management (CRM)
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Deals with customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepares contracts and proposals for new and prospective customers.
- Performs cold- calling for sales.
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
- Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
- Word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries.
