Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations for hotels, transportation, and other travel services with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and partners via email and phone.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments in the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability and confirm bookings.
- Resolve reservation-related issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Stay updated on company services, offers, and destination information to provide accurate guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in reservations or customer service within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
- Fluency in English (Arabic-speaking candidates are a plus).
